Our Kashmiri Marinade Mix is an aromatic blend of spices bringing the taste of Kashmir to your kitchen. It is quick and easy to prepare with any type of meat and pairs well with rice or naan.
- Use 100g Kashmiri Marinade Mix to 125 ml (1/2 cup) water and mix well to a uniform mixture.
- Add 5 lbs of cut chicken or meat and mix.
- Marinate 2 to 4 hours or overnight.
- Bake in the sauce at 350°F minutes.
- Turn pieces over. Baste frequently while cooking.
